Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and JobsHub for using JobsHub. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Who can use JobsHub

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person or business.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us at once if you think it was misused.

Fees

Posting jobs is currently free for employers. If we introduce paid plans, the price will be shown in full before you buy, nothing will be charged without your clear agreement, and our refund policy will apply.
There are no hidden charges. Anyone asking you for money in JobsHub’s name is not us: report it.

For students

Your profile must be your own and truthful.
If you switch on auto-apply, you authorise us to send your profile and saved note to roles that meet the limits you set. You can switch it off at any time.
Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by JobsHub. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a reply.

For employers

You must pass verification before posting, and the information you give must be true.
Every listing must state real pay, location, work mode and the experience required, which may not exceed one year.
You must never ask a candidate for money of any kind. Doing so leads to immediate removal of your listings and account.
You agree to update every application within 7 days. Missed deadlines are shown on your public reply record and can pause your listings.
You may use candidate data only to assess them for the role they applied to, must keep it secure, and must delete it when no longer needed for that purpose.

Not allowed

Harassment, discrimination, or false or misleading information.
Scraping, bulk downloading or reselling data from JobsHub.
Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
Anything unlawful under Indian law, including content barred by the IT Rules, 2021.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you post, and let us host and show it to run the service. The JobsHub name, logo, design and software are ours.

Moderation and termination

We may remove listings, pause employers or suspend accounts that break these terms or receive credible reports, and we publish totals in our trust report. We will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You can stop using JobsHub and delete your account at any time.

Liability

We check employers carefully, but we cannot guarantee every statement an employer or candidate makes. Use the report button if something is wrong. JobsHub is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with our grievance officer first; if it is not resolved, the courts at Pune have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We will tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect. Continuing to use JobsHub after that means you accept it.
