Refund and cancellation policy

JobsHub does not charge anyone today, so there is nothing to refund. This page says what happens if that changes.
Students and candidates
If you paid money to someone claiming to be JobsHub or an employer on JobsHub, that was not us and it is not allowed: report it, report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930, and tell us so we can act on the listing.
Employers
Posting is free at present. If we introduce paid plans:
- The full price, including GST, will be shown before you pay. No automatic renewals without your clear agreement.
- You can cancel within 7 days of paying for a full refund, if you have not used the paid feature.
- If we remove your listing or pause your account for breaking our terms, unused paid time is not refunded.
- If we cannot provide what you paid for, you get a refund for the unused part.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
