Freshers don’t lack job sites. They lack answers.
There are more than a thousand job portals in India. Most are built for experienced hires and for volume, so a fresher’s application usually disappears without a yes, a no, or anything at all. That silence has a name: being ghosted.
JobsHub is a smaller, stricter alternative. We do not try to list more jobs than anyone else. We list jobs we have checked, from employers who agree to show the pay and to answer every applicant. Students see each employer’s reply record before they apply, so the employers who answer win.
What we will never do
- Let an employer pay to skip verification or the reply rule.
- Fill the site with display ads.
- Show a paid placement without labelling it.
Where we are
We are starting across India with a small set of verified employers and college placement cells. We will grow only as fast as employers keep hiring and coming back.
What we believe
- A fresher deserves to know the pay, the location and the experience needed before spending an hour on an application.
- A reply is part of hiring, not a favour. Employers who cannot reply should not collect applications.
- A career gap is an explanation, not a disqualification.
- Verification should be specific: say what was checked, by whom and when. Never imply more than we did.
