Every listing is from a checked employer and every listing has a report button. Verification lowers risk; it does not replace your own check. Read the offer, ask questions, and stop if something feels wrong.

Yes. That is the point. You can show coursework, projects, volunteering, part-time work and skills instead of a job history.
No. A résumé is optional. If you upload one to find your skills, it is read in your browser and is not stored. If you add one to your profile for scoring and tailoring, we keep its text, encrypted, until you delete it.
Employers who post on JobsHub agree to update every application within 7 days. Their public reply record shows how often they meet it.
A gap does not change your profile score or your match percentage. You can describe it once, and filter for employers who mark roles as open to career gaps.
Not before they shortlist you. Your email and phone stay hidden until then.
